As of this writing (May 2006), I am spending my seat time mostly in rFactor, nk Pro, Grand Prix Legends, and GTL. ISI. Also, I've registered Live for Speed by Scawen Roberts and his great little crew and am watching its exciting progress closely.
A couple of times a year, you can find me Karting on the Werther Indoor kart track. Great fun, a good track and most importantly some very nice people running it. Thanks to the Müllers for all their efforts in making this one of the best Kart venues in this part of the country. My PB at this track is a meagre 32.3xx, but I'm always trying for more ;-)
In September 2000, SUN MicroSystems took us for an outing in rental cars (;-) at the famous "Nordschleife". You can find some photos here.. I had the pleasure of getting to know Frank Stippler, an all around nice guy and race driver currently competing in the Porsche Supercup as he was one of the three instructors. Since then, I've been following the Porsche Cup quite closely.
A lap with Frank in the "Renntaxi" around the Nordschleife was an unforgettable experience, and I can really recommend it if you are in the area.
An update to DX9 might also help if you are still using version 8 or lower. DX9 solved all the quirks and burning hoops I had to jump through in order to get the TSW to work in non-Papy titles.
