My only choice was to win the race and hope Stacey would finish 4th or
lower, and certainly after qualifying it seemed Chris and Oliver might
be capable of fighting for the podium. This time I had a better start
and kept 1st, but Stacey followed closely and the rest dropped back. I
was going a bit slower early on in hope someone would catch up with
us, but after a few laps I realized that's not going to happen so I
switched to full pace. All went well, the car was working as expected
and at about mid-distance I made my pitstop, but Stacey stayed out. I
was wondering what's going on because with 7 laps to go he still had
not made his stop yet! There was the slight chance to make the whole
race without a stop if you save fuel, so I wondered. He was about 12
seconds ahead at the time, but finally he made his quick stop on lap
22 or something, so I was back in 1st. As usual I pushed for a fastest
lap in the end and it worked nicely as a bonus for the victory, but
Stacey's 2nd place meant he took the title. Grats! Looking forward to
Nurburgring!

I thought i may struggle to get my needed 3rd place clincher when i
saw lars show up and chris lapping well, because im no fan of the A1,
so not raced there much apart from F1 cars.
I did ok in Q, and from 3rd on the grid I had the start to get the
lead, but I didnt have the room so tucked in behind Hristo for t1.
Hristo and I then slowly crept away from the pack, and I thought I was
a fair bit quicker in the early stages and could see Hristo was under
pressure from the lil lock ups and brake zone missing he was doing.
I then made a mistake though, and hristo got a 2s lead on me. After
that, and with no draft he was able to creep away from me at about
2ths a lap.
I then settled to my mission of a top 3, so i was real pleazed with
2nd.
Grats to hristo, dominant run once you ditched me, i think you were in
trouble with me on your rear though hehe
grats to lars also, for the the other podium spot. :)
I'm real pleased to win the season, thats my 6th drivers championship
title in rfactor
Big thx to Uwe for the organisation, lars for his server work, and all
of the drivers for making it what it was...

As i already know by now with the amount of time i can put into screamers atm i am no match for either Stacey or Hristo this event was no exception.
My Q run was rubbish i kept meesing up that 39 so i sarted for 6th. I know i can finish a race and i also know the 2 drivers infront of me ususally mess up somewhere. After the start had a little nudge with Dave ( iam sorry for that) but gave the spot back few corners later i found myself past Dave and settled for a safe pace. The remainder of the race was un event full, that's also a bit the tracks fault as that not really suited for these car imo.
After the stops Stacey was 20+ sec infront and Uwe 20+ behind so 3rd it was.
Gratz to Hristo for winning the race and Stacey with his championship.
